In the meantime, I also got some helpful info from Betson & also took a peek into my MAME cab to find out the exact model, as Betson said that many different products were sold under that same Betson catalog item: 'Kortek, Neotec, wells-Gardner, Makvision, etc.'
To answer your questions, all monitor menu settings respond normally, except for Rotation, H Moire, & V Moire, which all appear to do nothing, as far as I can see.
